Firsthand experience

You are going to write a success story about a client. How do you approach this?

First, you talk to a colleague from the sales department to get to know more about the client and exactly why the partnership is such a success. You read up about it in advance and ask the right questions. With insights gained from this conversation you then determine the article’s lay out and viewpoint. Then you obtain the client’s contact details to schedule an interview. You ensure that you have agreed with their PR department whether this article can actually be published. After approval has been given, you schedule a telephone interview with the client’s contact person and prepare well for this. After the interview, you write the article and send it to the client several times until it is approved.

There is no predescribed growth path at Relatics and there is plenty of room for personal development. You are encouraged to follow courses and there is no maximum personal education budget. You may spend it freely on personal development.
