Vacancy

As Customer Success Manager at Relatics, you work in the Major Projects Team and are responsible for identifying and closing new deals for new and existing accounts. You do so by conducting market research and building client relationships with organisations engaged in large scale projects. You assist these companies with implementing Relatics software, which maps out the information provision of construction projects in a structured way. You ensure that you get in touch with decision-makers of project organisations and stakeholders to listen to their needs in order to offer a tailor-made software solution.

You manage a team, consisting of an Account Manager and a Service Delivery Manager, and together you determine the best approach to close the deal. 

If you have an affinity with IT and the construction industry, and you can cope with irregular working hours, then this is the job for you.

Firsthand experience

An engineering firm of a large project in England gets in touch with you to learn more about Relatics. How do you ensure that this potential client will start using Relatics?

First, you examine which specific role this organisation plays within the project. Then you check whether the contact person has decision making powers. If this is not the case, you ensure other people are involved. You talk with them to find out whether the Relatics software provides the right solution (fit for purpose). Then, you carry out an analysis during which you raise questions to investigate the problem. Together with the Service Delivery Manager, you analyse the input which you translate into user stories. After this, you present these user stories to the client in the form of a personalised demo. For the next step, (in most cases) you negotiate the conditions.

When the client makes use of Relatics, you draw up the Project Delivery Plan together with the Account Manager and the Service Delivery Manager and send the quotation.

Growth

At Relatics, there is no set growth path and there is plenty of freedom to develop. You are encouraged to join training courses and there is no maximum training budget. You are allowed time off to spend freely on personal development.
