What is required?

Vacancy

As the Finance Officer at Relatics, you provide support in all finance related tasks. You are therefore responsible for credit management including invoicing and reminding clients, you draw up the financial overviews and take care of other administrative tasks such as the processing of payments. In addition, Relatics encourages you to select your own projects. You can, for example, improve professionalisation by mapping the financial processes well.   

You will work within the Business Support team, consisting of colleagues working in Office Management, HRM, Finances and Internal IT.

If you enjoy keeping finances in order and you don’t mind to sometimes spend quite a bit of time on investigating something, then this is the job for you.

Firsthand experience

You are going to make preparations for the financial statements. What do you do?

During the preparation period, you receive various overviews per topic that need to be presented. These could include topics such as current liabilities, liquidity costs, turnover, other costs and receivables. You process these together with the information from the accountant so that they can be compiled in the financial statements. You also put together the specifications with the accountant and salary administration. When all preparations have been completed, you process them into the financial statements. You make sure that the financial statements are completed within the agreed deadline.

Growth

At Relatics, there is no set growth path and there is plenty of freedom to develop. You are encouraged to join training courses and there is no maximum training budget. You are allowed time off to spend freely on personal development.
